decades later the bodies of those who passed still linger everywhere, trapped in time, as statues of strange reddish marble...
The scent of fire never leaves this desolate town
Tall creaking buildings covered in ash
Pale dry grass creeping through the cracks on the scorched dark grounds where nothing dares to bloom or grow taller than a small child standing in the middle of the road silently crying for he was alone
Vanquished Gleam is a war-scarred valley,
ruins of a forgotten battle, the echoes of war cries from the past muffled by the overgrown greenery,
not much is known about the war or the enemy, all the petrified bodies appear to have been on the same side when they passed.
